To arrange a viewing simply call us and speak with one of our Property Consultants who will make the arrangements for you.
Once you've viewed a property it's really simple to make an offer, just call or visit us and one of Property Consultants will take your details and the details of your offer. We will then submit the offer to the seller and as soon as they have made a decision you'll be the first to know.
When an offer is accepted you will need to provide proof of funds, this may be a mortgage offer or in the case of a cash offer we will require proof of cleared funds - this is to ensure you are in a position to proceed with the purchase.
You will then need to instruct a solicitor to assist in the purchase of your new property. As part of our service we will provide you with a no obligation conveyancing quote, we only recommend companies who provide excellent customer service so you can be assured your interests are always being taken care of.
Your solicitor will carry out the necessary searches and property checks and will keep you updated. Our Property Consultants will also speak with all parties to keep everyone updated on the sale.
Once the legal work is completed your solicitor will arrange an exchange of contracts and then a completion date.
Once the sale is complete keys will be released to you and you're ready to move.

Once we have negotiated an acceptable price for you with the seller we will progress your sale with your chosen solicitor. We supply solicitors with all the information they require to begin the legal process.
